Benriner Mandoline Slicer [Wide]

This is a wider version of the Japanese Benriner Mandoline slicer. Take this mandoline for slicing larger veggies (cabbage, eggplant, zucchini…). Mandoline slicer is perfect for creating thin (or thick) slices for everything from salads to stir-fries and it makes prep work quick and easy. A major time-saver!

Mandoline has, next to the straight blade that can be resharpened, three interchangeable blades (blades: coarse, medium and fine tooth) for slicing in either direction.

Thickness can be easily adjusted from 0.3 mm to up to 4 mm. Non-skid base and finger guard ensure safe slicing. Mandoline comes apart for easy cleaning.
