Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must:
- Be requested within 15 days of the delivery date.
- Be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, unsharpened, and undamaged.
- Be in the original packaging, including any protective sleeves, boxes, and documentation.
- Include all parts and accessories that originally came with the product.
- Not be part of the non-returnable items list below.
Step-by-Step Return/Exchange Process
- Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of delivery, contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return/exchange. You may use the template provided below.
- Receive Instructions: We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for shipping the item back to our facility at:

Please do not ship items back without an RMA number, as we cannot process unlabeled returns. - Ship Your Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped). We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not liable for items lost in transit.
- Inspection & Processing: Once received, our quality team will inspect the item (process takes 3-5 business days). Upon approval, we will notify you and proceed with your chosen resolution.
Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds:
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Processing Time: Please allow 5-10 business days after we approve your return for the refund to appear in your account. The exact timing depends on your bank or PayPal’s processing policies.
- The original shipping cost (if any) is non-refundable for standard returns.
Exchanges:
- We will happily exchange an item for a different model or size, subject to stock availability.
- If the exchange item is of higher value, you will be charged the difference. If it is of lower value, we will refund the difference.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and practical reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged:
- Sharpening Stones & Accessories: Items listed under “Sharpening Stones” and “Sharpening Accessories” (e.g., Naniwa stones, Atoma diamond plates, flattening stones, polishing compounds) cannot be returned once the packaging seal is broken or if they show signs of use, due to the personalized nature of sharpening.
- Used or Sharpened Knives: Any knife that has been used to cut food, has been sharpened, honed, or shows any signs of wear on its edge.
- Personalized or Custom Items.
- Final Sale Items: Clearly marked as such on the product page.
*If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos/video evidence. We will resolve the issue promptly, including covering return shipping costs.
