The Senzo Bamboo Pankiri (Bread Knife) has a serrated blade that is perfect for cutting a variety of breads – from harder homemade sourdough loaves to soft buns from city bakeries. The knife is the optimum length for home use and allows comfortable and easy handling.

The structure of the serrated blade allows slicing through softer loaves and baguettes without deforming their shape. The serrated blade is also suitable for cutting roasts and other large pieces of meat, cakes, sushi rolls, etc.
