Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must:
- Be requested within 15 days of the delivery date
- Be in the same condition as received: unused, unsharpened, and undamaged
- Be in the original packaging with all protective sleeves, boxes, and documentation
- Include all parts and accessories that came with the product

Initiate Your Request
Within 15 days of delivery, email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return/exchange. Use the template provided at the bottom of this page for faster processing.

Receive Instructions
We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions to our facility:

Ship Your Item
Securely package the item in its original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped). We recommend using a trackable shipping service—we are not liable for items lost in transit.

Inspection & Processing
Once received, our quality team will inspect the item (3-5 business days). Upon approval, we’ll notify you and proceed with your chosen resolution.
Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please allow 5-10 business days after we approve your return for the refund to appear in your account. The original shipping cost is non-refundable for standard returns.
Exchanges: We happily exchange items for different models or sizes, subject to stock availability. If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll be charged the difference; if lower, we’ll refund the difference. We cover standard shipping for the replacement item to your original address.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and practical reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged:
- Sharpening Stones & Accessories: Items listed under “Sharpening Stones” and “Sharpening Accessories” (e.g., Naniwa stones, Atoma diamond plates, flattening stones, polishing compounds) cannot be returned once the packaging seal is broken or if they show signs of use, due to the personalized nature of sharpening.
- Used or Sharpened Knives: Any knife that has been used to cut food, has been sharpened, honed, or shows any signs of wear on its edge.
- Personalized or Custom Items
- Final Sale Items: Clearly marked as such on the product page.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us immediately with photos/video evidence. We’ll resolve the issue promptly, including covering return shipping costs.
