4. Orders and Payment Terms

4.1 Order Process

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or inventory limitations.

4.2 Pricing and Payment

  • Free EMS: Available for orders over $50. Delivery in 15-25 business days after shipment.

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and practical reasons, the following cannot be returned unless defective:

• Sharpening Stones & Accessories (if the packaging seal is broken or shows signs of use).
• Any knife that has been used, sharpened, honed, or shows edge wear.
• Personalized, custom, or final sale items.

5.3 Process

You must initiate a return by emailing [email protected] within the 15-day window to receive an RMA number. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to our error. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval and inspection. Original shipping fees are non-refundable for standard returns.
