A professional kitchen knife made using a special TOJIRO “know how” method, which allows the knife maximum flexibility. It has an extremely narrow and thin blade that stays sharp for a very long time. This is a very flexible, delicate and precise kitchen knife. The handle is made of stainless steel with a texture TOJIRO named “tornado pattern” that prevents wet or greasy hand from slipping off. It is designed primarily for cutting meat (ham).
